Aluminium profiles can be designed to almost any shape. Very often the right cover is missing to close the face side of the profile both technical. Especially when exclusive products are not produces in large quantities, mass customization is the right solution. ALUTECTA takes advantage of the combination of modern high precise CNC sheet milling techniques with handicraft processing and controlling to produce aluminium profile covers. The last step of the production ist the surface treatment with the anodisation of the sheet elements and giving them the desired color. The result is a cover, that fits perfectly to the profiles and that creates a highly decorative and functioning design element.
